Should Women Weight Train?

Today a woman walked into CircuitFIT and inquired about the 30-minute fitness program we offer. As I began to explain that the workout combines cardiovascular exercise with weight-training she quickly stopped me with a question that I get at least once a month, "Am I going to get big and bulky if I do weights?" So, I decided to use this example and dispel the myth of women and weight training.

New Reduced Shipping
  Save another 25-40%
We're working hard to make low carb products more accessible across Canada. Effective immediately, we've further reduced shipping rates! Orders received since November 25th have already benefitted from this change.

The following is our new shipping schedule. Changes are highlighted in bold.

Ontario and Quebec:

  • FREE for orders of $100 or more, up to 10 KG.
    • +$0.75 for each additional KG
  • Otherwise, $7.99 flat rate.

Other PROVINCES:

  • $5.99 flat rate, for orders of $100 or more, up to 10 KG.
    • +$0.75 for each additional KG
  • Otherwise, best quoted rate from Purolator/Canada Post.

For Yukon, NW Territories, Nunavuut:

  • Quoted rate from Canada Post.

This change represents a savings of 40% on incremental KGs over 10KG and savings of 25% on shipping to provinces outside Ontario and Quebec.
