Summer Kitchen takes pride in the variety of seasonings that they offer to bring life and character to your meals. Now you can cook like a chef all year round.

 

Choose from NO SALT ADDED, or the Regular variety which contains sea salt.

Spice Rub Hot To Trot: Ideal for chicken, lamb, pork and beef. Mix equal amounts of each: spice rub, oil and wine. Marinate overnight and cook.

Gone Fishing: Ideal fish, seafood, chicken and lamb. Mix equal amounts of each: spice rub, oil and wine/citrus juice. Marinate fish a maximum of 1hr and cook.

Canadian Maple: Ideal for salmon, pork, chicken, root vegetable and for salad dressings. Mix equal amounts of each: spice rub, oil and wine. Marinate overnight and cook.

Rosemary Rush: Ideal for poultry, lamb, pork and root vegetable, mix equal amounts of each: spice rub, oil and wine. Marinate overnight and cook.

Twisted Tarragon: Ideal for poultry, veal, lamb, seafood, mushrooms, stews and salad dressings. Mix equal amounts of each: spice rub, oil and wine. Marinate overnight and cook.
