Low Carb Crab Cakes


  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Tobasco sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ½ to 1 cup crushed Goody’s Natural Crispy Wheat Crackers, Original
  • 1 pound fresh crab meat

Mix together first seven ingredients, adjust to taste. Gradually mix in egg and crushed crackers, adding more crushed crackers to attain the desired consistency. Carefully fold in the fresh crab meat until just combined. Mold into patties and fry them in your favourite tasteless cooking oil for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Serve with your favorite creamy low carb sauce.
