Low Carb Nachos - Serves 4 to 6 as a snack

Ingredients:


Before Baking

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking pan with parchment or foil.

Using half a container of Bakers Deluxe Golden Flax Crackers make a circle, overlapping the crackers slightly.

Spoon out about 1/2 of the amount of WellSeasoned Low Carb Chili that you'd like on top of the crackers.

Add 1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes and 2 tbsp. of finely chopped jalapenos.

Layer with remaining crackers, top with remaining chili, tomatoes, jalapenos and cheese.

Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Serve right away, top with sour cream.

Additional Notes:

Total Carb: about 22.5g
Fibre per whole recipe about 14.5 grams,
