How to make:
For Pancakes:
Mix 1 cup of keto pancake mix with 90mL (3oz) of cold water. Do not over mix. Let stand for 3-4 minutes to allow to thicken.
Preheat skillet or griddle to low heat. Lightly grease just before the next step.
Pour batter into 3-4inch pancakes onto skillet or griddle.
Flip pancakes when bubbles stop forming and the bottom of the pancake is golden brown. Continue to cook for approximately 1 minute, or until second side is golden brown.
For Waffles:
Mix batter as per directions above, using only 80ml of water.
Cook according to your waffle irons directions.
