Sola Company was started by Chef Ryan with the primary goal of making a difference by helping others achieve great health through better food choices. Using his culinary skills, and with the help of like-minded chefs, Sola company developed products that are not only low carb, but most importantly, taste amazing!

Chef Ryan knew that creating delicious low carb, no added sugar foods does not mean people had to give up on rich flavours. He searched for keto bagels, low carb breads, and grocery products to share with his clients. He failed to find any that met his rigorous standards. So without compromising on taste, Chef Ryan started his own keto bread, keto granola, low carb bagels, and deliciously soft and chewy buns that also boast impressive flavours.
