Russell Stover has been in the chocolate and confection making business since 1923! It all started when founders Clara and Russell Stover began making candy in the kitchen of their bungalow home in Denver, Colorado. Today, their chocolates are still handcrafted in small batches using the original recipes created by Clara. Did you know it was a box of Russell Stover chocolates that inspired Forrest Gump’s line in the movie, “My mama always said, life was like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get."?

Russell Stover’s line of sugar-free chocolate brings the enjoyment of great-tasting confections to those on carb-restricted diets. They are sweetened with sugar alcohols, which are not processed by the body like other carbohydrates and do not count towards net carbs. These sugar substitutes provide the same sweetness as sugar without the calories or negative effects on blood sugar levels!
