Flatout Flatbreads were created by a husband and wife team who owned their own restaurant. Their passion for delicious food – especially bread – inspired them to make their own flatbreads to serve to their customers. As big believers in guilt-free, delicious, healthy eating, their flatbreads were designed to be low in calories, low in carbohydrates, high in nutrients and big on flavour! Soon, they scaled up and started selling their flatbreads across North America. All Flatout Flatbreads are dairy-free, peanut-free, tree nut-free and Kosher Certified.
Each serving (1 flatbread) of Flatout Flatbreads contains just 90 calories and 10-13g of net carbs from whole grain sources. Whole grains are high in fibre, which improve digestion and have a low glycemic index compared to refined, bleached and processed carbs. In addition, they are rich in essential vitamins and minerals which improve metabolic function and support overall wellbeing. Each serving of regular Flatout Flatbreads also contains 9-10g of fibre and 7g of protein! For a lower carb option, Flatout CarbDown Flatbreads contain just 7g of net carbs and 60 calories per flatbread. They are also a rich source of fibre and protein.
