Hold The Carbs Muffin Mixes - Protein
Muffins are good, muffins with added protein are better! These protein rich, gluten-free and vegan muffin mixes are naturally sweetened using What’s better is the soft texture you get with only about 1g net carb per serving these muffins are the perfect breakfast, lunch or dessert option!
To make 6 muffins:
You will need:
1 cup of Protein Muffin Mix
2 eggs or 3 egg whites or vegan equivalent
¼ cup milk or almond milk
Option add ins include: walnuts, sugar-free chocolate chips, blueberries or cinnamon
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all ingredients until just combined.
Add in optional add ins.
Grease muffin tin or use papers and divide the batter equally.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a fork comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy!
