Hold The Carbs Pizza Mixes - Protein
Your favourite Hold the Carbs mixes are now available with added protein to make your dinner that much more amazing!
Pizza mixes have never been easier with Hold the Carbs! These gluten free mixes are a quick and easy way to make a keto friendly pizza at home!
To make one pizza you will need:
¾ cup Hold the Carbs pizza mix (about 75g)
3 eggs or 5 egg whites
¼ cup of water
Optional add in: If you prefer a crispy crust add in 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients until just combined
- On a greased 12” pizza pan spread dough until about ¼ in thick
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 ˚F until light brown
- Add your favourite topping such as mozzarella cheese, basil, or peperoni
- Return pizza to oven and continue to bake for another 15 minutes
