Pizza mixes have never been easier with Hold the Carbs! These gluten free mixes are a quick and easy way to make a keto friendly pizza at home!

To make one pizza you will need:

3/4 cup Hold the Carbs pizza mix (about 75g)
3 eggs or 5 egg whites
1/4 cup of water

Optional add in: If you prefer a crispy crust add in 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until just combined
  2. On a greased 12" pizza pan spread dough until about 1/4 inch thick
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F until light brown
  4. Add your favourite topping such as mozzarella cheese, basil, or peperoni
  5. Return pizza to oven and continue to bake for another 15 minutes
