G. Hughes Smokehouse

G. Hughes Smokehouse offers a line of sugar-free barbeque sauces, salad dressings, marinades and more! The G. Hughes story all started with Guy Hughes’ award-winning barbeque sauce. Born in small town Braceville, Ohio, Guy’s childhood was filled with fond memories of family cookouts and summertime barbeques. When he grew older, he took his passion for BBQ and created his own BBQ sauce using his family’s secret recipe and adding his own special ingredients, which landed him the title of the best BBQ sauce in several rib competitions!  

As Guy started bottling and selling his awarding-winning BBQ sauce, he realized that he needed to create products for those who wanted the sweet and savoury experience of BBQ, but required sugar-free foods. So, he partnered with a local company, Gia Brands Inc., to produce a line of sugar-free sauces that provided all of the same great taste as his original sauces! Instead of sugar, G. Hughes Smokehouse products are sweetened with sucralose, a zero-calorie sweetener. They contain 2g of net carbs or less, and 0g of sugar. Plus, all G. Hughes Smokehouse products are certified gluten-free and are free from artificial preservatives.
