Per serving, 1/4 cup of the dry mix, New Hope Mills Sugar-Free Pancake and Waffle Mix contains just 5g of net carbs, 13g of protein, and 4g of fibre! Like the Pancake and Waffle Mix, these Bread & Muffin Mixes are high in protein and fibre and low in both total and net carbohydrates.
